John Plumb Launches Campaign for Congress in NY-23

Will Bring Record of Independence, Problem Solving, and Service to Washington

Jamestown, NY – Today, fourth-generation Western New Yorker and Naval Reserve Commander John Plumb announced his candidacy for Congress from New York’s 23 rd District. Born in Jamestown and raised in Randolph, Plumb has spent the past two decades working to make our country safer – first as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy and later as a Department of Defense official and a staff member on the National Security Council.
